Gorgeous voluminous long lashes are definitely sexy in my book but being Asian unfortunately I am not blessed in that department. Thank god for false lashes though! Here, in Japan false lashes are an everyday thing for a lot of girls. Whether it’s day or night, going to work, a lunch date or attending an event, you see lashes everywhere. I guess that’s why you’ll find a section just dedicated to just eyelashes in the drugstore or beauty store. They have every type of lashes you can think of, from natural to all out there lashes.
I’m not one to wear false lashes on daily basis but when I do, I like to use Miche Bloomin eyelashes. These eyelashes were ranked No1 in 2014 on @cosme, a Japanese cosmetic ranking site. In Japan, they really like to rank their cosmetics and advertise them. There are 4 eyelash sets in a pack, around 1000yen for a pack. Miche Bloomin lashes also come in a variety of different styles. I use “No.01 Pure Rich” when I do a more intense eye look for a night out or something and use “No.03 Pure sweet” for a lunch date or something more casual. 03 is so natural, you can totally wear it during the day time. These lashes are popular for blending in with your own eyelashes and looking really natural. They are made with synthetic fibre, extremely soft and lightweight. I can wear these all day without my eyes getting irritated! Highly recommended!
